03 - Content System

The ideas are there.
Publishing stops when you get busy.

Capture your expertise once, turn it into content in Arabic, English, or both, and keep every piece behind one human approval gate.

System build $1,200 - $6,500 · Optional managed operation from $600/month · 2-6 weeks

$1,200 - $6,500 covers the three levels, from publishing workflow to multi-channel production and distribution. Every build includes the first working cycle, training, documentation, and stated support.

$250 · A 90-minute session and the diagnostic report within 48 hours · Credited toward a build started within 14 days.

Nothing is published in your name without your approval. If the brand voice is not documented well enough, we establish it before turning it into a system.

01 - Why Publishing Stalls

Every silent week sends the next sales conversation back to zero.

You supply the idea, explain the evidence, rescue the draft, approve the language, and remember to publish. The cost is not only inconsistency: your expertise is visible while you explain it personally, then disappears between conversations. Prospects find no article, case, or point of view preparing them before they reach you.

02 - What we build

Build the content system once. Then choose who operates it.

We document your voice and evidence, then build a clear route from idea to approval and publishing. After handover, your team runs it or we operate a defined monthly output.

Today

  • Ideas stay in your head until you find time.
  • Every piece starts by explaining the context again.
  • Drafts come back in different voices.
  • Sources are scattered across chats and files.
  • Publishing stops when someone gets busy.

After handover

  • An idea is captured in a minute, with its source.
  • Your voice and evidence are documented once.
  • Drafts start from written rules, not a blank page.
  • Every claim stays linked to its source.
  • One approval moves a piece toward publishing.

This is for you if

  • Your own expertise is the source of most of the content.
  • Publishing stops when you get busy, not when you run out of ideas.
  • At least one person can operate the system after handover.
  • You need Arabic, English, or both for two different audiences.
  • You want to own the system rather than depend on an agency.

Probably not for you if

  • You just need ten cheap Instagram captions.
  • There is no expertise, source material, or access to the decision-maker.
  • You are expecting a guarantee of reach.
  • You need daily filming and graphic design.
  • Your offer and positioning are not clear yet.

Three cumulative scopes

Choose the first scope that removes the bottleneck.

Choose Publishing when the material is ready, Production when you need writing or adaptation for one or two channels, and Distribution when you need three or more channels with a calendar and performance review. The fit check identifies where to start.

Your price buys infrastructure your team owns, not a bundle of posts. The first cycle is a live test that proves the system works before handover.

How this scope moves
  1. 01Intake
  2. 02Review
  3. 03Format
  4. 04Schedule
01

The content is finished. The handoffs are not.

We build one intake point, channel-formatting rules, and a documented schedule.

What we build
  • One intake queue and approval route
  • Formatting rules and scheduling setup for up to 2 channels
  • Operating guide and recorded training
  • Two refinement rounds and 14 days of support
If we run it with you

Monthly: up to 8 finished assets supplied by your team, across up to 2 channels. We format, schedule, and publish them. Writing is not included at this level.

The expertise exists. Turning it into finished assets still starts over every time.

We turn ideas or source material into written content prepared for one or two channels, in Arabic, English, or both, then bring review into one place.

What we build
  • Everything in the Publishing Workflow
  • Voice, point-of-view, and evidence guide with repeatable angles
  • A writing or editing route in the selected language plus repurposing rules for one or two channels
  • Templates, one completed cycle, recorded training, two review rounds, and 14 days of support

Monthly: 4 source ideas become 8 assets in Arabic and English, or 4 in a single language. Writing or editing and channel preparation are included.

Content System Fit Check

Find the level that removes the bottleneck, or learn whether it sits elsewhere.

Five questions give you a directional recommendation without asking for an email or phone number. If Content is the bottleneck, you will see the starting level and next step.

03 - See the output

One source idea. Two audience-specific pieces.

An illustrative sample of the working method, not client data or a performance promise: establish the idea, then write it for each audience in its own voice and context.

01Arabic LinkedIn post

02English LinkedIn adaptation

The lowest quote is not always the lowest-cost project.

Before comparing price, align three things: scope, exclusions, and the handover standard. If those differ, you are not comparing two prices for the same project.

One human gateFacts, opinions, and wording wait for your approval before scheduling.

04 - What stays yours

You are buying a system your team can run, not a permanent dependency.

Your team can operate the system safely after handover, or appoint us to run it under a separate, explicit scope.

05 - If This Is Not the Bottleneck

Do not buy content before fixing the real bottleneck.

Each system fixes a different failure. If this page does not describe your week, compare the symptoms before choosing a service.

06 - Questions That Change the Buying Decision

The questions that deserve a clear answer before you pay.

The Publishing Workflow does not generate copy; it routes material your team supplies. In the Production and Distribution scopes, drafts are built from a documented voice and defined evidence, then facts, opinions, and wording pass through human review before publishing.

Both are available. We can hand the system to your team after the first cycle, or run it monthly: $600-$900 for publishing operations, $1,200-$2,800 for production, and $2,000-$4,500 for multi-channel distribution. Final scope depends on cadence, languages, channels, and research depth.

We need one 60-minute idea-extraction session, the relevant evidence, and one person to consolidate feedback. The first cycle includes two consolidated review rounds inside scope; any expansion is agreed before work begins.

Organizing finished material is not the same job as writing content or distributing it across several channels. Source readiness, writing, languages, channels, and research depth determine scope. The fit check gives a directional estimate; the paid diagnostic fixes the scope and price in writing before the build.

Then we say so. If the failure is in conversion or operations, more content amplifies an existing problem instead of solving it.

The next decision

If Content is the bottleneck, leave with a build plan, not another list of ideas.

Omar leads the Content Diagnostic with you, then turns the bottleneck into a starting level, price, and written first cycle before production begins.

  • An assessment of the current content workflow and exactly where it stops.
  • The recommended system architecture, tools, and integrations.
  • The starting level, its estimated scope, and team responsibilities after it.
  • A 90-day plan inside the same report, delivered within 48 hours.
  • The report stays yours even if you never work with us.

The diagnostic fee is credited toward a build started within 14 days.
