Dr-Business Book a Diagnostic

02 - Operations System

Requests arrive from everywhere.
The system orders them before they reach you.

One business lane, end to end: it sorts, organizes, and suggests. The final decision stays with you.

Starts from $1,500 - $4,000+ · Defined after the diagnostic · 2-6 weeks

The range is set by how many tools the lane touches and how clean the records are: one lane on tools you already pay for sits near the bottom, a lane spanning four systems with messy data sits at the top.

The $250 session fee is credited toward any system we build with you within 14 days. And we only automate a lane your team already runs — if the process is not stable enough to build on yet, the report says so before anyone writes a workflow.

01 - Where The Time Goes

The chaos isn't the volume of work. It's the missing lane.

One request in WhatsApp, another in email, a third in your head. The team waits for your direction at every step, and nobody knows the status of anything without asking you.

Then a new tool gets added and becomes the fourth place a request disappears. A tool can't fix a disorganized process, and automation can't fix chaotic follow-up. Order first.

02 - What We Build

Operations System

Lane 01

Lead-to-Client

From first message to signed client. Every request has a place, a status, an owner, and a next step, and nobody has to ask you where it stands.

Lane 02

Reporting & Visibility

One trusted number instead of four spreadsheets that disagree. You see the state of the business without requesting a report from anyone.

Lane 03

Client Onboarding

The first days set the tone for the whole relationship. A fixed lane for intake, documents, and expectations that runs without you steering it.

03 - The Boundaries

What it is, and what it isn't.

01

Not another dashboard.

Another dashboard is a fifth place for a request to get lost. Wherever possible we build inside the tools your team already opens.

02

Not a replacement for your team.

The system sorts, organizes, and suggests. The decision stays with a human, and so does the accountability.

03

Not automation running in the dark.

Every automated step leaves a visible trace and has a stopping point. When something fails you know where and why, not two weeks later from a complaint.

04 - What You Receive

Things your team can actually run.

  • A map of the process as it actually runs, not as it's supposed to.
  • One lane built end to end, on your accounts and your tools.
  • An AI layer inside the repetitive work: sorting, summarizing, suggesting the next step.
  • A single status view so the team can see where any request stands.
  • Explicit stopping points: where the system pauses for a human decision.
  • Written documentation in Arabic and English, plus a working handover.

The workflows, the accounts and the documentation stay under your name. Your team gets the map of how the lane runs, so the system survives a staff change — including ours.

Not sure this is your system?

That is exactly what the diagnostic answers. 90 minutes, and a report within 48 hours naming what deserves building first.

05 - Real Impact

Impact from real engagements.

Every system starts with the same deliverable: a written 12-page report within 48 hours. Your top 3 priorities, effort and risk level, and the recommended path. The report is yours even if we never work together.

06 - Questions Before You Decide

You probably have questions. The answers are here.

Do we have to change the tools we already use?

Usually not. We build inside what you use today wherever possible. We only propose a new tool when staying costs more than switching, and we show the reasoning.

Why only one lane?

Because a finished lane works and half-built ones accumulate. Once the first runs and the team trusts it, the second is faster and cheaper.

Will AI be making decisions instead of me?

No. It sorts, organizes, and suggests, then stops at defined points that wait for a human. The final decision stays with you, and so does the accountability.

Who owns the system after delivery?

You do. On your accounts and your tools, under your name. No exclusive subscription, no monthly fee, and you can walk away with everything still working.

What if the answer is that we don't need this?

Then we say so. If an Operations System doesn't serve you right now, the report says that and recommends what would help more. Your time matters more than our invoice.

07 - Other Systems

Not your situation?

The four systems fix different failures. If this isn't your description, start here.
