Dr-Business Start the fit check

Reputation System · From experience to trust

Your best customers know why they choose you. Your next customer does not.

Before calling or visiting, they see your rating, the age of your latest review, and how management responds. The Reputation System turns good work inside your locations into a current public record that helps the next customer choose.

From $147 per location / month · Direct annual checkout gives 12 months for the price of 10 · Arabic and English · Running within two weeks

Built for clinics, service centres, hospitality, retail, and any local business where Google shapes the buying decision. Start with your location count and who responds to reviews today.

A customer checking a local business before deciding whether to visit
The decision moment

The next customer sees what reached the public record, not everything your current customers already know.

01 · The moment before the decision

Between interest and contact, they open your public record.

  1. Notice

    An ad, recommendation, or location

  2. Search

Your name before calling or visiting

  3. Read

What customers and management made visible

  4. Decide

Whether the next step deserves their trust

The service can be excellent. The internet cannot see what stayed inside the business.

Three broken handoffs keep good work invisible.

01

The moment passes

The customer leaves satisfied, but no consistent review request follows.

02

The review meets no owner

Replies arrive late or sound inconsistent, and complaints surface too slowly.

03

Every location works alone

Management sees the average, not where the path works or stops.

The story already exists. What is missing is the path that carries it to the next customer.

02 · From experience to evidence

Turn the satisfied moment into an asset management can run.

We install that path inside the business, give your team control of the request and approval moments, and give management visibility over what happens next.

  1. 01

    Choose the moment

Staff know when to ask after the service is complete.

  2. 02

    Ask honestly

Every eligible customer gets the same public link, with no filtering.

  3. 03

    Make access easy

QR, NFC, or digital follow-up fits the service moment.

  4. 04

    Respond responsibly

Drafts are bilingual; sensitive cases stop with a human.

  5. 05

    Learn from repetition

Management sees location activity, response speed, and capture points.

The card is not the product. The product is the path that makes it useful, the team that knows when to use it, and the management view that shows what happened next.

03 · The software layer

Three agents. Each has a clear input and an output that cannot outrun your approval.

The experience enters once. The SEO, Social, and GEO Agents turn it into a reply, post, or article while human judgment stays where it belongs.

Ask · Follow up · Respond · Publish · Learn
SEO Agent

Social Agent

Social proof

A review or video testimonial approved for reuse.
Action
Adapts it for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Posts.
Output
A channel-ready post draft, never a campaign from one review.
GEO Agent

Local content

Drafts a one-language local article without promising rankings.

An approved article: published after a compatibility check or delivered ready to publish.

HUMAN GATEBefore publication, sensitive cases and every article or social post stop with a responsible human. You set the routine-reply limits and can change them.
A capture from the reviews dashboard showing two published reviews with their replies, with customer names, photos and the business name hidden.
Real capture · from a client account

Replies actually published on a client's Google profile: each one in the language of the review, carrying the business's own name rather than ours, and editable or removable at any time. Customer names, photos and the business name are hidden by agreement.

All three agents are included in every plan. The difference is who reviews the output and how much human work the month includes. GEO article publishing starts with Managed after a compatibility check; otherwise the approved article is delivered ready to publish. We do not promise rankings.

04 · Evidence from the work

200+ reviews across 6+ locations.

A channel the business owns · Multi-branch sweets, Kuwait

Demand existed, but the delivery platform owned the customer relationship.

We gave each location its own Google profile and review route, trained staff on when to ask, then managed monitoring and replies. The business began building a public record it owned.

200+

More than 200 new reviews across 6+ locations in about six months. Count verified; client identity withheld.

This is one documented result, not a promised review count. We repeat the operating path, not the number.

05 · What your next customer finds

Before you decide, look at what they see.

Send your business name or your Google profile link. We read your public record the way a stranger reads it, and send back what we found. No deck, no obligation.

The rating, and its age

Your current rating, and the date of the most recent review you received.

What sits unanswered

How many reviews are waiting for a reply, and how long they have waited.

The review they meet first

Which critical review Google surfaces near the top of your profile, and exactly what it says.

Where the path stops

And if the real failure is somewhere else, we tell you that.

Sent within one working day. We read only what is already public, we need no access to your accounts, and we promise you no number.

06 · Three ways to run the system

$6,500/year12 months for the price of 10 · standard onboarding included
Choose annualDiscuss monthly billing

Direct annual billing gives 12 months for the price of 10, per location, with standard onboarding and training. Monthly billing follows a fit conversation so nonstandard work is scoped before we start.

Messaging, publishing, and third-party terms

The figures above are monthly service allowances, not promised review volume. One article covers one language; Arabic and English versions count as two articles. Publishing to your site depends on compatibility and technical access; otherwise we deliver approved, ready-to-publish material. WhatsApp requires a compatible number and Meta Business verification. Prices exclude ad spend, third-party message charges, and physical QR or NFC production and shipping.

07 · What we refuse to do

We will not make your reputation look better than your business.

We will make good work visible, genuine complaints heard, sensitive cases handled safely by a responsible human, and repeated problems easier to fix. A system that hides unhappy customers does not manage reputation; it manipulates what the market can see.

  • No fake reviews, incentives, or filtering before the Google link.
  • We do not write the review for your customer or seed words into it.
  • No content or sensitive reply publishes without clear limits and approval.
  • No promised review count, valid-review removal, or search position.

Accounts, links, templates, data, and reports remain with your business. Your team operates the moment; you see the picture.

If that is the standard you want, start by reading your own record

09 · Questions before the decision

Nine answers that should be clear before you begin.

Can you remove negative reviews?

No. We do not guarantee removal of a valid review, and we do not sell that. We do three things instead: report content that breaks Google's policies, prepare an appropriate public reply within one working day, and hand a genuine complaint to a named person inside your business. A valid review stays. The reply is what your next customer reads.

Do you send unhappy customers to a private form?

No. Every eligible customer gets the same public review link, with no satisfaction question in front of it. Routing unhappy customers down a private path is review gating, and Google places a visible warning on profiles that do it. Your customer service may follow up separately, but that never replaces or delays the link.

Do you write reviews on your customers' behalf?

No. The platform offers a feature that drafts review text for the customer. We keep it switched off on every account we run. A review the customer writes in their own words is slower, and it is the only kind that survives an attentive reader and Google.

How long until the system is running?

Basic setup is one to two weeks: verify the profile, place the capture points, configure templates and replies, and train whoever meets the customer. A full first cycle takes about a month before the numbers mean anything. We do not promise a result in the first week.

What do you need from our team?

Manager access to the Google profile, one person responsible for approvals, and half an hour of training for whoever meets the customer. Article publishing needs the technical access confirmed by the compatibility check; otherwise we deliver it ready to publish.

Who approves replies, articles and posts?

You do. Routine replies publish inside limits agreed in writing; sensitive cases stop with a responsible human before publication. Articles and social posts do not publish before your approval. You can narrow or widen those limits at any time.

How does billing work, and what stays with us?

The direct plan is annual and renews yearly; you can cancel before renewal. Monthly billing is available after a fit conversation. The profile, accounts, links, capture points, and published reviews stay with you. What stops is the ongoing operation.

What if our rating is below 4.0 or we have a large backlog?

We read the backlog first: how many complaints sit unanswered, what repeats in them, and whether your team can fix the cause. If the cause is operational then reviews are the symptom, and we will tell you that before selling you a subscription. We do not sell a promise to raise a rating.

Does it work across several locations and in Arabic and English?

Yes. Each location and capture point gets a measurable link, and templates and reply drafts are prepared in Arabic and English. Location count and review volume are what determine the right plan.

10 · Begin with the real public record

What does your next customer find when they search for you today?

Start with your location count and who handles responses now. Share the Google profile when you are ready. We will assess fit, identify the sensible plan, or tell you when another problem needs fixing first.

No deck required. Send the Google link and your location count.

Direct fit conversation · No new quiz · No commitment before scope is clear
