The moment passes
The appointment or service ends and the customer leaves satisfied. Nobody asks for a review, or one employee remembers occasionally while everyone else forgets.
Reputation System · From experience to trust
Before calling or visiting, they see your rating, the age of your latest review, and how management responds. The Reputation System turns good work inside your locations into a current public record that helps the next customer choose.
Subscriptions from $147/month · For local businesses from one location upward · Arabic and English · Running within two weeks
Built for clinics, service centres, hospitality, retail, and any local business where Google shapes the buying decision. Start with your location count and who responds to reviews today.

The next customer sees what reached the public record, not everything your current customers already know.

The service can be excellent while the public record remains weak. The internet cannot see what stayed inside the business.
The appointment or service ends and the customer leaves satisfied. Nobody asks for a review, or one employee remembers occasionally while everyone else forgets.
A positive or negative review arrives and sits unanswered, response quality changes by employee, or the complaint reaches management too late.
One location improves while another slips. Management sees the average too late and cannot tell which capture point works or where the path stopped.
The story already exists. What is missing is the path that carries it to the next customer.
02 · From experience to evidence
We install that path inside the business, give your team control of the request and approval moments, and give management visibility over what happens next.
After the service is complete, the employee knows when to ask without improvising or making the interaction awkward.
Every eligible customer receives the same public-review link. No satisfaction question and no private route before Google.
We place QR at the right point, give staff an NFC and QR card, or use digital follow-up when the channel is ready.
Reviews are monitored and response drafts are prepared in Arabic and English. Sensitive cases are handled safely by a responsible human before publication.
Management sees location activity, overdue responses, review-count direction, and the capture points that are used.
The card is not the product. The product is the path that makes it useful, the team that knows when to use it, and the management view that shows what happened next.
03 · The software layer
Not a dashboard that collects stars. We set the limits with you, nothing publishes outside them, and you approve what goes out in your name.
Ask · Follow up · Respond · Publish · LearnDrafts are prepared in the language of the review. Routine replies publish inside limits you set; sensitive cases stop with a person.
A published reply, and an alert on sensitive casesNothing publishes before your approval. On Managed, on a subdomain of your own site. Published content, not a ranking promise.
An approved, published local articleReviews you approve become posts on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. One review never becomes a campaign.
A post from an approved reviewRequest source, capture point, location, response speed, recurring themes. It measures capture points, not your staff.

We select the sources that actually influence buyers in your market and category. And behind that, the full platform toolset:
One of the best places I have tried. Clean work and excellent service.
Thank you for your kind review and your trust. We are glad the experience met your expectations, and we look forward to serving you again.
Signed in your business name, never in ours. All three agents are included in every plan. The difference is not withheld software; it is who reviews the output and owns the result. Publishing begins with Managed after a compatibility check; when your site cannot support the connection, we deliver an approved, ready-to-publish article instead. We do not promise rankings.
04 · What your next customer finds
Send your business name or your Google profile link. We read your public record the way a stranger reads it, and send back what we found. No deck, no obligation.
Your current rating, and the date of the most recent review you received.
How many reviews are waiting for a reply, and how long they have waited.
Which critical review Google surfaces near the top of your profile, and exactly what it says.
And if the real failure is somewhere else, we tell you that.
Sent within one working day. We read only what is already public, we need no access to your accounts, and we promise you no number.
05 · What we refuse to do
We will make good work visible, genuine complaints heard, sensitive cases handled safely by a responsible human, and repeated problems easier to fix. A system that hides unhappy customers does not manage reputation; it manipulates what the market can see.
Accounts, links, templates, data, and reports remain with your business. Your team operates the moment; you see the picture.
If that is the standard you want, start by reading your own record06 · Recovering trust, and owning the channel
A channel the business owns · Multi-branch sweets, Kuwait
The product was wanted and the demand was there, but a large share of it arrived through a delivery platform taking a substantial share of each order, and every order strengthened the platform's relationship with the customer rather than the business's. We created and claimed the Google profile for each branch, connected every branch to its own review destination, installed a process the team uses to ask, then managed monitoring and responses instead of leaving the profiles unattended.
More than 200 new reviews across the branches in six months, and a clearer direct path from Google search to the nearest branch. Client identity withheld; evidence available during diagnosis.
One is a recovery story. The other is an accumulation story. The system does not promise the same outcome; it prevents the same absence of process.
07 · Three ways to run the system
$147/month
Your team operates the system
We build the path and train the team; then an internal owner reviews drafts, publishes, and handles exceptions.
$327/month
We operate it with your team
Your team owns the decisions. We review output, improve the path, and complete a defined amount of human work each month.
$650/month
We manage it as a competitive asset
For a local brand that needs market monitoring and continuing direction for what it publishes, not merely platform operation.
Payment runs through Stripe and pricing is per location. Your subscription includes standard onboarding, Google profile connection, and initial training. Any historic backlog, custom integration, or physical production is scoped and priced in writing before payment, never after it.
The figures above are monthly service allowances, not promised review volume. One article covers one language; Arabic and English versions count as two articles. Publishing to your site depends on compatibility and technical access; otherwise we deliver approved, ready-to-publish material. WhatsApp requires a compatible number and Meta Business verification. Prices exclude ad spend, third-party message charges, and physical QR or NFC production and shipping.
09 · Questions before the decision
No. We do not guarantee removal of a valid review, and we do not sell that. We do three things instead: report content that breaks Google's policies, prepare an appropriate public reply within one working day, and hand a genuine complaint to a named person inside your business. A valid review stays. The reply is what your next customer reads.
No. Every eligible customer gets the same public review link, with no satisfaction question in front of it. Routing unhappy customers down a private path is review gating, and Google places a visible warning on profiles that do it. Your customer service may follow up separately, but that never replaces or delays the link.
No. The platform offers a feature that drafts review text for the customer. We keep it switched off on every account we run. A review the customer writes in their own words is slower, and it is the only kind that survives an attentive reader and Google.
Basic setup is one to two weeks: verify the profile, place the capture points, configure templates and replies, and train whoever meets the customer. A full first cycle takes about a month before the numbers mean anything. We do not promise a result in the first week.
Manager access to the Google profile, one person responsible for approvals, and half an hour of training for whoever meets the customer. Publishing on your own domain needs access to your DNS settings. After that the daily commitment is minutes, not hours.
You do. Routine replies publish inside limits agreed in writing; sensitive cases stop with a responsible human before publication. Articles and social posts do not publish before your approval. You can narrow or widen those limits at any time.
The subscription is monthly and you can stop it. The profile, accounts, links, capture points and published reviews stay with you, because they were always yours and never sat with us. What stops is the operation, not what you built.
We read the backlog first: how many complaints sit unanswered, what repeats in them, and whether your team can fix the cause. If the cause is operational then reviews are the symptom, and we will tell you that before selling you a subscription. We do not sell a promise to raise a rating.
Yes. Each location and capture point gets a measurable link, and templates and reply drafts are prepared in Arabic and English. Location count and review volume are what determine the right plan.
10 · Begin with the real public record
Start with your location count and who handles responses now. Share the Google profile when you are ready. We will assess fit, identify the sensible plan, or tell you when another problem needs fixing first.
No deck required. Send the Google link and your location count.
