Leads arrive.
Who owns the next step?

Revenue OS connects enquiries, follow-up and outcomes across your existing tools, with a clear owner and next action for each case.

The check gives initial guidance. The free call includes a written page: initial fit, candidate journey and next step. No diagnosis or implementation scope.

01 The problem

Your systems work.
Who carries the work between them?

The enquiry arrives. The data is recorded. Completing the journey still depends on someone remembering, asking or chasing.

That costs team time and management attention, repeats manual work, and makes the reported state harder to trust.

What is Revenue OS?

Revenue OS is a Business Operating System by Dr-Business for one complete revenue journey: enquiry to paid booking, signed contract, or renewal outcome. It connects people, software, follow-up and decisions, showing where work stops and what happens next.

For companies in Kuwait and the Gulf with existing demand, where handoffs between marketing, sales, service and management still depend on reminders and chasing.

Start where the handoff breaks

  • An enquiry arrives, but nobody clearly takes ownership.
  • A proposal is sent, but the next follow-up is missing.
  • A renewal is due, but the next action or outcome is unrecorded.

  7. Control

The journey may be small. It may not be incomplete.

03 We start with one journey

We start with one journey

Not everything at once. One journey that matters, with a clear start and a clear end.

    3. owner

    Contracts, subscriptions, recurring services.

One complete journey beats five half-built ones.

04 Keep what works

We do not start by assuming you need to replace your systems.

Your CRM may already be good, your booking system excellent, your ERP the right source of orders. The problem may only be in what happens between them.

05

What do you receive?

One defined journey, its operating rules, the connections it needs, testing and handover. We use existing capabilities when they work and can be verified.

  1. A journey map

A clear starting event, defined stages and an outcome that proves completion.

  2. Ownership and operating rules

An owner at each stage, the next action, and approval and escalation responsibilities.

  3. Connected implementation

Connect the tools the journey needs and execute repeatable work within agreed rules.

  4. Exceptions and measurement

Late or conflicting cases reach the right person, with a source to verify the outcome.

  5. Acceptance and handover

Agreed acceptance checks, documentation, agreed access, and training for the people who will operate it.

Which Modules may enter the implementation?

Only as needed:

  • Lead Capture & Qualification
  • CRM & Pipeline
  • Engagement & Follow-Up
  • Revenue Traceability & Analytics
  • Conversion Website
  • Paid Acquisition
  • Revenue Agents

If one of these already exists, works and can be verified, we use it instead of rebuilding it.

What does your team need to provide?

An internal decision owner, examples of current cases, and access to the required systems and data. We verify connection feasibility and licences, and agree who will test and approve the work before implementation.

What is scoped separately?

Modules are selected as needed; a website, advertising and AI agents are not mandatory additions. Third-party licences, support scope and duration, and changes to the intended behaviour are defined before you commit to them.

Business Systems Diagnostic

An evidence-based recommendation: repair, build, investigate further or take no action. With sufficient evidence, we go directly to definition and reuse verified work.

Paid Diagnostic terms

$250 for 90 minutes, with a decision report within 48 hours. Fully credited against work begun within 14 days under the existing Diagnostic terms. These terms do not price Definition & Readiness or implementation.

BUILDPaid phase · definition, then implementation
FIRST

Definition & Readiness

Define the journey, verify systems and access, record the baseline, and agree acceptance criteria and implementation scope.

We agree the definition scope and fee first. The $250 Diagnostic does not price this work.

AFTER SCOPE AGREEMENT

Implementation

Build or connect what the bounded journey needs, then test, document and hand over the agreed work.

Implementation schedule and price are set after Definition & Readiness.

RUN

Operate for an agreed period and verify that the journey works as designed.

IMPROVE

Change the intended behaviour as business needs change, within an agreed scope.

Agree the definition fee before that work starts. Receive the implementation proposal, price and schedule after scope and acceptance criteria are agreed.

08 People in control

The team's role does not disappear. It changes.

Before

  • moving state
  • remembering the follow-up
  • finding the last update
  • asking another team
  • reconciling two systems
  • chasing what should have happened automatically

After

  • judgment
  • the customer relationship
  • negotiation
  • priorities
  • unusual cases
  • the decision

The system handles the usual. People handle what needs their judgment.

Where does AI come in?

Revenue OS does not need AI to be complete. When the data, policy and permissions are in place, Revenue Agents can help with:

  • research
  • summarising
  • preparing follow-ups
  • reviewing opportunities
  • drafting
  • flagging risks and contradictions
Systempasses
Within policypolicypasses with a badge
Human decision#184stops at a person

Acting independently requires:

trusted state + policy + permission + audit + human escalation

No governed state, no independent action.

09 How we measure success

How do we measure success?

We do not file everything under “results”. We separate three levels.

  1. 1

Did we deliver what we agreed?

    • integrations
    • routing
    • permissions
    • exceptions
    • reconciliation

The system was implemented as agreed.

  2. 2

    Is the journey running better?

    • cases with a clear owner
    • cases with a next action
    • response speed
    • stalled cases
    • follow-up compliance
    • handoff success
    • reconciliation with the next source

    These are operating-health indicators.

  3. 3

    What happened commercially?

    • conversion rate
    • win rate
    • sales cycle length
    • booking or contract value
    • customer acquisition cost
    • renewal rate
    • churn

Tracked, not guaranteed: price, offer, market, demand, staff and policy affect them too.

The evidence rule

We keep apart what the system observed, what it did, and what happened commercially afterwards.

Free System Fit Check

The free System Fit Check suggests a starting point. In conversation, we confirm whether you need one Module, a complete journey, or no build now.

Start the Free Fit Check

Free initial guidance, not the paid Business Systems Diagnostic.

Before you start

Do we need to replace our CRM?

Not necessarily. We keep what works and can be verified. Access and connection feasibility are checked before we commit to using it in the journey.

How is Revenue OS different from sales automation?

Automation executes a task. Revenue OS connects that task to a complete journey: owner, state, next action, exceptions and a source that verifies the outcome. Automation can be part of the implementation.

How much does Revenue OS cost, and how long does it take?

There is no standard Revenue OS price or duration. We first agree the scope and fee for Definition & Readiness. The implementation price and schedule follow from the journey, systems, access and acceptance criteria. The $250 Diagnostic does not price implementation.

Do we have to buy both the Diagnostic and Definition & Readiness?

Not always. The paid Diagnostic provides an evidence-based recommendation. Definition & Readiness specifies a particular implementation. With sufficient evidence, we start directly with definition and reuse verified work instead of repeating the same investigation.

Is the free discovery call the Diagnostic?

No. It is a 15-minute conversation about initial fit, a candidate journey and the next step. You receive one written page covering those points, not a diagnostic report or implementation scope.

Does Revenue OS require AI?

No. Revenue Agents are optional, where the data, rules and permissions support their use. The system must work without them; decisions requiring human judgment remain with the authorised person.

What happens after handover?

Your team receives the agreed documentation, access, knowledge and training. RUN or IMPROVE has an agreed scope and period when needed. Changes to the intended behaviour require an agreed scope.

Does Revenue OS replace our accounting system?

No. It uses signals such as an invoice or payment confirmation to verify the journey’s commercial outcome. Invoices, payments, receivables, costs and the official financial position remain in the approved financial sources.

Where does follow-up stop in your business?

Bring one example: an unowned enquiry, a proposal with no follow-up, or an overdue renewal. We use it to discuss initial fit and the next step.
